Can I cancel my order? 

As soon as you place your order, we'll start working on it straight away. You will have to return the goods when they arrive. Customer arranges their own shipping and pays for postage. 

 

Can I use PO Box as my address?

We don’t ship to P.O. boxes. 

 

My order states delivered but I haven’t received it

Sometimes  couriers may leave parcels in safe places or with neighbours. If you still need further assistance, please contact us.

 

I’ve returned products when can I expect replacements?

This usually takes 14 days.
