Don’t love it? What a pity, but you can return it if the product has been delivered faulty or there was a mistake on our part/ manufacturing or your product size is wrong, so please shop responsibly. If that happens let us fix it by contacting us via email: email@example.com

In the meantime do not use the product otherwise it will not count as “unused” and will not qualify for return. You will receive instructions in the email.
Refunds are processed according to our fair refund policy. We have a 14 day return policy (UK) and 30 days (international orders), which means you can return something back to us from the day you receive it. The buyer pays for shipping. Please use a trackable service and keep a proof of postage receipt until your refund is done. All refunds are processed using the original payment method and to the person who purchased only.
The return product must be returned in its original packaging and intact, unworn, unstained, unperfumed, unwashed with the original labels attached. We won’t be able to complete your refund if you don’t meet these 3 requirements.
We don’t accept certain returns such as items on sale or if the products has been used. Return policy is final and cannot be refuted. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not offer a free returns service at this moment. For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer return or exchange for any items of swimming costumes, face masks.
In certain circumstances where there are fraudulent claims relating to fake orders, or orders that have been placed but not received or if you’re returning products that have been used by you, we have the right to stop any refunds.
If you want to exchange an item, simply send an email to us firstname.lastname@example.org. We will sort it out, in the meantime do not use the product you wish you exchange.
